Conference Session Room Set-Up
We DO NOT provide computers. Please bring your own laptop along with your slide presentation loaded on it. Each conference hall will be equipped with a large screen, a video projector which can be used to display output from a PC or Mac, high speed Internet access, and speakers. If you require special AV equipment call us at (540) 347-0055.
