Purpose

The resume listing section is provided as a benefit to SALT® members. This listing service is intended as a resource for individuals and organizations seeking qualified instructional designers, content developers, courseware creators and other professionals involved in the application and implementation of learning and training technologies. How It Works

On the posted resume, a link is provided for individuals and organizations interested in contacting the SALT® Member who posted the listing. Responses and information requests generated by a resume are processed by SALT® administrative staff, who then contact the member who posted the resume. Upon the member's approval, contact information between the interested party and the member is exchanged.

Privacy Issues

To protect the privacy of the individuals posting a resume, no direct contact information is listed on the Web Site. In many cases, individuals seeking other employment opportunities wish to do so discreetly. In addition, no direct email contact information is posted on the SALT® Web site to control and reduce unwanted SPAM.
