Satisfaction - A New Metaphor for Teaching and Learning Kim Grady, Principal and Founder, BehaveHeuristics, LLC Instructional designers must be able to capitalize on new aspects of education and technology. By harnessing the open content movement, “community think” can be enabled to allow SMEs to contribute, share, and edit input to create a collection of information that has never existed before. Two other trends in education, designing to be flexible and portable, allow designers to create a body of knowledge that can be moved around and repurposed to meet a myriad of needs and cross disciplines.
