Camilla is the Chief Growth Officer of The Ether Machine, where she leads marketing, brand, investor relations, and go-to-market strategy, helping to translate complex Ethereum infrastructure into a clear public company narrative. She brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of crypto and finance, including formative roles helping to bring Ethereum to market, and scaling some of the blockchain industry’s most recognized brands. Across her career, Camilla has worked closely with crypto founders and teams to launch, position, and grow protocols, with a particular focus on Ethereum-native infrastructure and applications. Before joining The Ether Machine, Camilla led Growth at G-20 Group, an investment and trading firm focused on crypto market making, derivatives, and proprietary trading. Prior to that, she was part of the founding team at Serotonin, the leading crypto-native marketing and product advisory firm. Camilla was part of the early Consensys team working to market and commercialize Ethereum, helping to shape the protocol’s institutional narrative, ecosystem growth, and global adoption. Prior to going crypto full time in late 2017, Camilla worked in Client Service at Bridgewater Associates, Ray Dalio’s global macro hedge fund. She began her career in government affairs and crisis management at Alcoa Corporation, the leading American aluminum producer. She holds a MA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
