Céline Boustani
Céline Assaf Boustani is a Lebanese human rights lawyer and president of the Human Rights Foundation, leading the non-profit organization’s programs and campaigns that challenge tyranny and advance freedom worldwide. She joined HRF’s Center for Law and Democracy in 2014, focusing her advocacy work on protecting freedom of expression in Arabic and French-speaking countries. She holds a master’s in international law from Columbia Law School and a master’s in French law from Pantheon-Assas Paris II. Today Céline oversees the Oslo Freedom Forum, the Freedom Fellows, Art in Protest, Fashion for Freedom, Financial Freedom, and all of HRF’s various initiatives.
