Joel Revill has more than 30years of experience in investment management and fiduciary governance. He beganhis career at J.P. Morgan in 1992 before spending more than two decades acrosspublic and private markets, culminating in his role as Portfolio Manager atCitadel. In 2019, he co-founded Two Ocean, where he advisesultra-high-net-worth families, private trust companies, and foundations oncomplex fiduciary and investment matters.

Joel also serves in a numberof public and nonprofit leadership roles. He chairs the Selection Panel forWyoming's Investment Funds Committee, which oversees the state's $32 billionsovereign funds. Appointed by Governor Mark Gordon, he serves on the WyomingBlockchain Select Committee, helping shape Wyoming's leadership in digitalasset and financial innovation, and on the Wyoming Stable Token Commission,which oversees the nation's first state-issued stablecoin. He also serves onseveral nonprofit boards, including as Investment Committee Chair of theCommunity Foundation of Jackson Hole.

Joel studied finance andJapanese language and literature at the University of Oregon, includinginternational study in Japan, and later pursued graduate studies at StanfordUniversity.
