Kerem Kolcuoglu is the Founder and Managing Partner of Penrose Partners, a digital asset advisory firm focused on driving government, business and community adoption of emerging technologies. Kerem currently serves as the Digital Finance Advisor to the Bermuda Government’s Ministry of Finance. In addition, Kerem is an active investor and advisor in institutional digital asset businesses like 3iQ Digital Asset Management and Nayms Reinsurance Markets.
