Kristina Ayanian is a first generation American-Armenian finance industry professional and was recently named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Class of 2024.

As the youngest executive producer and reporter in Nasdaq’s history, she pioneered the “Live from MarketSite” broadcast series. In exclusive conversations with Founders, CEOs and beyond, Ayanian explores how these leaders are disrupting, innovating and reimagining their industries. She has interviewed C-suite executives from more than 70 industries, organically growing the series to an audience of over 85 million. Kristina has interviewed notable figures like Apple co-founder, Steve Wozniak, trailblazer Ana Gardner, and astronaut Dylan Taylor.

Ayanian has made significant contributions as a reporter for Teen Kids News, a groundbreaking syndicated television show for which she was selected for an Emmy Award nomination for her interview with His Royal Highness, Great Britain's Prince Edward.

An actress and writer, she completed her first feature-length film, "Pride Jewel," which is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime, and her work has also been published in the Anthology of Short Stories by Young Americans. Ayanian also lends her talents as a community report to the Armenian Weekly.

In addition to her professional achievements, she is an accomplished musician who has performed at prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall and has received numerous accolades, including the Duke of Edinburgh's Gold, Silver, and Bronze Level International Awards from Great Britain’s Royal Family.

Ayanian serves on the board of Who We Are, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing cultural identity and understanding, and is the co-founder of Eye Support, which provides crucial humanitarian aid displaced families globally. Passionate about women empowerment, she serves on the board of Etre Girls, a mentoring platform for young girls.

She's a featured speaker at prominent local and global events like the Women's Entrepreneurship Day at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development Annual Conference, The Women and Worth Summit, The Armenian National Youth Forum in Yerevan, Armenia, The Boston Pops and Boston Symphony Orchestra, The ANCA, The Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology, and many more..

Ayanian graduated cum laude from Bentley University with a dual degree in finance and global studies and a minor in corporate communications.
