Lucy Shaw
Lucy Shaw has spent over a decade supporting governments and investors to deliver investments in energy and infrastructure projects. Before founding Gordon Management, Lucy worked as an infrastructure investor at Blackstone, Actis, Vena Energy, and the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank. She also worked in international development at the United Nations in Ethiopia and CrossBoundary in Kenya. She started her career in business at the Boston Consulting Group in Australia, following a subsurface engineering role at ExxonMobil.
She studied a Master in Business Administration on a Fulbright scholarship at Harvard Business School, where she graduated as a Baker Scholar in the top 5% of the class. She also studied a Master in Public Administration majoring in International Development at Harvard Kennedy School, and holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.
Lucy serves as a Trustee for the British Friends of Harvard Business School, an education charity, and on the Development Committee of the Imperial War Museum.
