Noemi Boyer is CEO of Demo Lab, a non-profit that aims to revitalize democracy in Costa Rica and Latin America through active citizen engagement and critical thinking. She drives Demo Lab’s programs that combat apathy, promote the rule of law, and uphold democratic principles through cutting-edge research, education, and transformative events. Noemi also helps organize the BLISS Summit, an invitation-only gathering of philanthropists, business leaders, technologists, and human rights defenders. She has led Demo Lab’s efforts to incorporate Bitcoin training and education into its work in Central America and beyond.
