Based in London, Tom Mackenzie is the host of “Daybreak Europe” on Bloomberg TV, bringing daily analysis of the biggest market and business events across the US, Asia and Europe. He’s interviewed some of the world’s most influential executives including the CEOs of Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Shell, VW, Carslberg and Ryanair.

Tom also covers European tech, landing interviews with some of the most influential founders and executives including the CEOs of Arm, ASML, Google DeepMind and Klarna.

Tom was previously Bloomberg TV’s China Correspondent, based in Beijing where he covered the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the US-China trade war and China’s burgeoning tech sector. His interviews included exclusives with Alibaba’s founder Jack Ma, Baidu CEO Robin Li, Huawei founder Ren Zhengfei and the governor of the People’s Bank of China.
